We aim to deliver our products to you quickly and in their original condition. Kain & Wares currently ships to the UK and Europe. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of the confirmed order date. You will receive an email to tell you that your order is on its’ way, along with a tracking number. All packages will need a signature on receipt to ensure safe delivery.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping will be added at checkout. Our shipping costs are:
- UK 2-3 working days: £4.95
- EU 2-5 working days: £14.95
We try to use recycled packaging and plant based inks where we can, and all our labels and packaging are biodegradable. We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle our packaging to be kinder to the planet.

We hope that you’re pleased with your Kain & Wares purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition. Any orders returned after the 14 day period will be issued with a store credit note valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
To request a return please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the reason for the return, and we’ll reply within 24 hours. Once the goods are returned you’ll be entitled to an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. The customer should pay for the return shipping costs and where possible please use the protective packaging the goods were originally sent in to prevent damage and minimise waste. Any exchanges will be sent out free of charge.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds on any reduced sale items unless proven faulty. Sale items can only be exchanged to the same value or for store credit.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed or are not in their original condition (where applicable, any original labels must be attached). This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so they are not damaged in the post. We strongly advise to send all returned packages with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If the item you purchase is faulty then you will have 30 days to return the product and receive a refund. If you return the product outside of this time frame then you reserve the right to have the products repaired or replaced.
